JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the grievance of
the appellants regarding illegal excavation of sand under the Rangapuram Bridge adjacent to their land in Survey Nos.3/2, 3/5 and 3/13 of Rangapuram Village, Palvoncha Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, does not survive any longer, as the excavation work was stopped by the Department for the past one month. He states that the respondents shall ensure that illegal excavation of sand through an unauthorised ramp is not restarted in the area in question.
2. In view of the submission made hereinabove, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present appeal, which is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
