JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. This order is in continuation of the order passed on 17.03.2021.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1/Bank states that the
appellant/writ petitioner has yet to submit a fresh resolution signed by all the family members of the Trust to enable the respondent No.1/Bank to defreeze the account in question.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant/writ petitioner states that the Manager, Mr. A. Raghavendra Rao, a Member of the Trust expired on 17.03.2021 itself, due to which a meeting of the Trust could not take place. He states that the Trust shall soon convene a meeting and pass a fresh resolution, which shall in turn be forwarded to the respondent No.1/Bank.
4. In view of the submission made hereinabove, nothing further survives in the present appeal, which is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
