JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.

On 02.03.2021, learned counsel for the appellant had stated that her file was misplaced and at her request, the matter was adjourned for today. Learned counsel was directed to contact her client and inform the court whether she wishes to pursue the present appeal any further.

2. Today, learned counsel for the appellant states that she made efforts to contact the appellant by despatching a letter to her at the address given in the Memo of parties, but the same has been returned saying that she is not available at the said address. Learned counsel states that she is not aware of any address of the appellant nor is the appellant in touch with her.

3. In view of the said submission, we have no option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution along with the pending applications, if any.
