1. Learned counsel for the appellant wants to withdraw the instant criminal appeal.
2. Accordingly, the instant criminal appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The application for suspension of sentence also stands dismissed.
3. However, the appellant is at liberty, if he so desires, to challenge the judgment passed by the Court of first instance and the appellate forum by filing a criminal revision petition.
4. The Registry is directed to hand over the certified copy of the criminal appeal to the learned counsel for the appellant after taking on record a xerox copy thereof.
