1. The present appeal was filed against the impugned order dated 21.11.2001, whereby the application filed by the appellant- plaintiff for appointment of a receiver had been dismissed.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant-plaintiff submits that since civil suit itself has been decided, this appeal has become infructuous.
3. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
4. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
