Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by a judgment of even date rendered by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 539/2025 (Nagina Jain Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Anr.).
For the self same reasons, the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the judgment rendered by this Court in the case of Nagina Jain (supra).
