1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a judgment rendered by this court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10236/2025 (Mansukh V/s. Jodhpur Vidhut Vitran Nigam Ltd. & Ors.) and other connected matters.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file an appropriate representation before the (Downloaded on 13/06/2025 at 10:59:04 PM) [2025:RJ-JD:27169] (2 of 2) [CW-11786/2025] respondents in the light of judgment rendered by this Court in the case of Mansukh (supra) for redressal of his grievances.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms that in the event of filing a representation by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondents at the earliest preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation, keeping in mind the law laid down by this Court in the case of Mansukh (supra).

5. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
