1. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that similar controversy has already been decided by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Deen Dayal Garg v. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6653/2023, & other connected matters, decided on 24.05.2023.
2. In view of the aforesaid consensus between the parties, the present petitions are also disposed of in same terms as judgment ibid.
