2. Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a judgment rendered by a co-ordinate Bench of his Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.18212/2018 "Lokesh Meena Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors." decided on 20.02.2019.
3. In view of the submission made before this Court, the present writ petition is also allowed in terms of the judgment (Downloaded on 19/09/2024 at 08:52:10 PM) [2024:RJ-JD:38630] (2 of 2) [CW-5371/2018] rendered by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Lokesh Meena (supra).
