1. For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer for correction in the order dated 03.05.2024 passed by this Court is allowed.

2. Accordingly, the first paragraph as occurring in the order dated 03.05.2024 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 7170/2024 is substituted by the following:-

'Both the learned counsels are ad idem that the controversy raised by the petitioner herein is no more res-integra in view of the judgment rendered by a Division Bench of this Court in the case of D.B. Spl. Appl. Writ No. 362/2020; The Director, Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Bikaner Vs. Narendra Kumar Boolchandani & Ors. along with other connected matter decided on 04.02.2022.'

3. The aforesaid order dated 03.05.2024 shall be read accordingly.
