1. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that similar controversy has already been decided by a coordinate Bench of this Court at Jaipur in the case of Yogesh Kumar Pareek Vs. (Downloaded on 30/05/2024 at 09:07:27 PM) [2024:RJ-JD:24980] (2 of 2) [CW-9121/2024] State of Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3534/2009, decided on 20.01.2014.

2. In view of the aforesaid consensus between learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is also disposed of by joint consent in the same terms as judgment ibid.
