1. The present petition has been preferred with the submission that the petitioners are entitled to minimum of the pay scale in terms of the office order No.21812 dated 24.02.2020 (Annex.5). In support of his submission, learned counsel relied upon the Co-ordinate Bench judgment of this Court in Kanhaiya Lal Vs. (Downloaded on 29/05/2024 at 08:57:00 PM) [2024:RJ-JD:24519] (2 of 2) [CW-8245/2024] State of Rajasthan & Ors. in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3595/2022 (decided on 01.12.2022).

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if the petitioners are directed to file a representation to the respondent-authorities in light of the judgment passed in Kanhaiya Lal's case (supra) and the respondents be directed to decide the same in accordance with law.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents does not refute the above submission that the issue would be covered by the judgment passed in Kanhaiya Lal's case (supra). Counsel agrees that if the petitioners file a representation, the same would be decided at the earliest by the respondent-authorities.

4. In view of the submission made, the present writ petition stand disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a representation within a period of 15 days from now. The representation when filed before the respondent authorities, be decided within a period of two months thereafter, keeping into consideration the ratio laid down in Kanhaiya Lal's case (supra).
