1. Writ petition was filed in the year 2018, when petitioner was seeking appropriate directions and issuance of writ by this court directing the respondent to select him on the post of Teacher Grade-III Level-I in ST TSP (Deserted Women) category, for which he had competed pursuant to an advertisement dated 12.04.2018.
2. During pendency of the writ proceedings following order dated 06.08.2018 was passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court:
"Issue notice to the respondents.
Mr. P.R. Singh, learned Additional Advocate General is directed to accept notice on behalf of the respondents, which he accepts. Hence, service is complete. He seeks some time to complete his instructions. Time prayed for is allowed.
In the meanwhile and until further orders, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner on the post of Teacher Grade-III Level-I in ST TSP (Deserted Women) Category."(Downloaded on 28/05/2024 at 08:53:54 PM)

3. In any case, it so appears that case of the petitioner is adversely hit by a judgment dated 10.11.2022 of Division Bench in D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.72/2022 (The Secretary, RPSC & Anr. Vs. Sangeeta Varhat & Ors.) as well as judgment dated 27.01.2022 rendered by Division Bench in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1004/2022 (Parul Khanna Vs. High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur & Anr.).
5. Learned counsel for the respondents would urge that controversy is since no more res-integra, therefore even on merits, the petition is liable to be dismissed.
6. Be that as it may, in view of no representation on behalf of the petitioner, no grounds to interfere.
7. Dismissed.
