1. Both the learned counsels are ad idem that the controversy raised by the petitioner herein is no more res-integra in view of the judgment rendered by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Dal Chand Jat Vs. The STate of Rajasthan & Ors. :

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3063/2019, decided on 13.08.2019.

2. In view of the aforesaid consensus, the instant writ petition is also disposed of by joint consent in the same terms as judgment ibid.
