1. The order impugned dated 09.02.2023 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arnod (Pratapgarh) is in consonance of the spirit of justice and following the judgment passed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in the case of Suresh Nanda vs. CBI reported in AIR 2008 SC 1414.
2. In view of the above, I see no reason to interfere in a reasoned judgment passed by the learned trial Court. Thus, the instant misc. petition has no force.
3. Accordingly, the instant misc. petition is dismissed.
