1. Both the learned counsels are ad idem that the controversy raised by the petitioner herein is no more res-integra in view of the judgment rendered by a coordinate Bench of this Court at Jaipur in the case of Vijay Singh v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. :

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.21/2020, decided on 21.07.2023.
