1. Both the learned counsels are ad idem that the controversy raised by the petitioner herein is no more res-integra in view of the judgment rendered in the case of Om Prakash & Ors. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.21214/2017, decided on 21.11.2017 at Jaipur Bench.
2. In view of the aforesaid consensus, the instant writ petition is also disposed of by joint consent in the same terms as judgment ibid.
3. All pending application(s), if any, also disposed of.
