Both the learned counsels are ad idem that the controversy raised by the petitioners herein is no more res-integra in view of the judgment rendered by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court at Jaipur in the case of Hanuman Swami Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : D.B. Civil Special Appeal(W) No.439/2014, decided on 03.11.2016.
2. In view of the aforesaid consensus, the instant writ petitions arso also disposed of by joint consent in the same terms as judgment ibid.
