1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the controversy raised by the petitioner herein is no more res-integra in view of the judgment rendered by a Coordinate Bench of this Court at Jaipur in the case of Deen Dayal Garg v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6653/2023), decided on 24.05.2023.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the instant writ petition is also disposed of in the same terms as judgment ibid. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner that in case, he has any grievance, the petitioner may file appropriate application for revival of the proceedings.
