The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 for quashing of FIR No.218/2020 registered at Police Station Bheemganj Mandi, District Kota City (Raj.) for the offence punishable under Section 195A of IPC.

According to the factual report, after thorough investigation, charge-sheet was filed in this matter and petitioner has already been acquitted by learned Trial Court vide judgment dated 23.03.2022.

In view of the above, prayer made in this petition does not survive anymore.
