1. This misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred on behalf of the accused petitioner assailing the order dated 29.02.2024 passed by learned Addl Sessions Judge No.5, Jaipur Metro-II in Criminal Revision Petition No.17/2024 whereby the learned revisional court dismissed the petition and affirmed (Downloaded on 14/05/2024 at 08:43:52 PM) [2024:RJ-JP:21592] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-1590/2024] the order dated 08.01.2024 passed by learned Addl. Civil Judge and Metropolitan Magistrate No.7, Jaipur Metro-II in connection with FIR No.239/2022 PS Bani Park, Jaipur directing initiation of proceedings under Sections 82 & 83 Cr.P.C and issued standing warrant of arrest against the petitioner.

By order passed on even date in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.4109/2023, the FIR No.239/2022 PS Bani Park and all other subsequent proceedings arising out of it, have been quashed. As a result of which, all criminal proceedings arising out of the FIR, including proceedings under Section 82 & 83 Cr.P.C. as well as standing warrant of arrest, issued in pursuance of the order dated 08.01.2024 have also come to an end.

In view of the above factual position, the instant misc.

petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
