1. Mr. Tarun Joshi, learned counsel for the respondent submits that similar controversy has been already dealt with by Division Bench of this Court at Jaipur Bench in D.B.S.A.W. No. 1108/2015, wherein it has been observed that decision therein shall be treated in rem.
2. Being so, the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the judgment rendered in D.B. Appeal (supra).
3. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
