HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE UMA SHANKER VYAS Judgment / Order 01/02/2024 After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to him to surrender before the concerned Court.
Permission as sought for is granted. This bail application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
