1. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition is covered by an order passed by this Court in case of State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Chandra Ram: D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.589/2015, decided on 07.07.2017. He submits that the (Downloaded on 26/02/2024 at 08:41:14 PM) [2024:RJ-JD:9399] (2 of 2) [CW-2510/2024] respondents may be directed to consider the pending representation of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition filed by the petitioners is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioners, in accordance with law, keeping in view the observations made in the case of Chandra Ram (supra), as expeditiously as possible.
