1. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is covered by an order passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Suman Jhanwar & Ors. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5405/2012), decided on 12.05.2014. He submits that the respondents may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment.

In view of the aforesaid submission, without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition filed by the petitioner is (Downloaded on 23/02/2024 at 10:06:59 PM) [2024:RJ-JD:9153] (2 of 2) [CW-1310/2024] disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, keeping in view the observations made in the case of Suman Jhanwar (supra), as expeditiously as possible.
