Order 20/02/2024 Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that similar controversy has already been decided by a Coordinate Bench of this Court at Jaipur in the case of Manoj Khandelwal & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7283/2014), decided on 16.07.2014.
In view of the aforesaid consensus between learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is also disposed of in same terms as judgment ibid.
