1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment dated 03.12.2014 passed by this Court in the case of Sanga Ram Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : S. B. Civil Writ Petition No.933/2012.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to decide his representation expeditiously while keeping into consideration the judgment passed in the case of Sanga Ram (supra).

3. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation within a period of four weeks along with certified copy of the order instant.

4. In case, a representation is so addressed within the aforesaid period, the competent authority of respondents shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation, keeping in mind the law laid down by this Court in the case of Sanga Ram (supra).

5. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the representation has been issued only with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of petitioner's grievance. The same may not be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a particular manner.

6. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
