State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15540/2017) and other connected matters decided on 14.12.2017.
In view of the aforesaid consensus between learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is also disposed of in same terms as judgment ibid.
