1. The respondents shall take a conscious decision vide reasoned and speaking order on the application submitted by the petitioner in pursuance of the letter dated 01.11.2022 (Annexure-13) issued by the Rajasthan Housing Board within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.
2. The interim order dated 25.04.2018 passed by this Court shall continue till the decision.
