After arguing at some length, counsel for the petitioner
submits that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the competent authority for redressal of his grievances.
In view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to submit his representation to the concerned (Downloaded on 09/04/2024 at 08:40:59 PM) [2024:RJ-JP:15678] (2 of 2) [CW-5137/2024] competent authority for redressal of his grievances which have been raised in the present writ petition.
Since the main petition has been disposed, the stay application and the other pending application/s, if any, also stand disposed of.
