HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Judgment / Order 18/09/2023 Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy for recovery of the amount from the original borrower- Jai Singh of whom the petitioner was the guarantor and money has been recovered from his salary account.
In view of the prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
Since the main petition has been dismissed as withdrawn, the stay application and all other pending application/s, if any, also stands dismissed.
