HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Judgment / Order 15/09/2023

1. Counsel for the petitioner instead of arguing the matter on merits, made a limited prayer that the trial Court may be directed to conclude the suit proceedings pending before it at the earliest.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that suit was filed in the year 2013 and proceedings of the suit has not been concluded so far.

3. Taking into consideration the period of pendency of the suit, this Court in the exercise of supervisory powers, directs the Court of Additional District Judge No.3, Alwar to decide the Suit No.147A/2013 pending before it, expeditiously.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stand disposed of.

5. Since the main petition has been disposed of, the stay application and all other pending applications also stand disposed.
