He, therefore, prays for dismissal of the contempt petition.

Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by learned counsel for the respondents and the order dated 02.06.2015, this Court is satisfied that there has been substantial compliance of the order dated 04.09.2012.
In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed. The notices are discharged.
