Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner shall be paid interest/allowances as per his priority in view of Circulars of the RSRTC dated 03.11.2021 & 17.05.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection if the payment of interest/allowances is made to him as per his priority in view of the aforesaid Circulars.
