The orders dated 30.03.2017 passed by this Court as also dated 11.05.2017 passed by the Deputy Registrar (Judicial) are (Downloaded on 11/11/2023 at 07:48:09 PM) [2023:RJ-JP:20995] (2 of 2) [CRES-630/2017] recalled. The SB Civil Second Appeal No.482/1999 shall stand restored to its original number provided the order dated 30.03.2017 is complied with and the aforesaid cost is deposited by the applicants/appellants with the Litigants Welfare Fund within a period of two weeks from today failing which this order shall stand recalled and the restoration application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
