Learned counsel for appellants submits that the proceedings in this case was stayed by the court and since then no proceedings were conducted so far.
Heard and considered the aforesaid and particularly the order dated 29.03.2019 submitted for perusal by learned counsel for respondent/complainant.
The charges against appellants were framed on 29.03.2019 and stay on proceedings was granted on 11.04.2019.
In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for appellants seeks liberty to file an application under Section 216 of Cr.P.C and also to raise objections before the learned trial court at appropriate stage.
Learned counsel for appellants withdraws this petition at this stage.
Having considered the aforesaid, the order dated 29.03.2019 is taken on record and liberty, as prayed for is granted.
Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
