JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Judgment / Order 04/09/2023 This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated dated 12.10.2017 passed by this Court whereby, while granting the petitioner a liberty to submit a representation with the Transport Commissioner, Jaipur, the respondents were expected to take requisite action with regard to (Downloaded on 11/11/2023 at 07:46:10 PM) [2023:RJ-JP:20837] (2 of 2) [CCP-1774/2017] unauthorized plying of buses on Sikar to Neem Ka Thana route via Piprali Raghunathgarh or other route(s).

Learned counsel for the respondents, drawing attention of this Court towards the contents of the reply and the order dated 22.11.2017 passed by the Regional Transport Officer, Sikar as also list of challan prepared from 01.10.2017 to 24.01.2018 against the vehicles plying on Sikar to Udaipurwati, Neem Ka Thana route, would submit that in compliance of direction of this Court, action has been taken against the erring vehicles. He, therefore, prays for dismissal of the contempt petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to dispute the aforesaid statement.

In view thereof, this Court is satisfied that there has been substantial compliance of the order dated 12.10.2017.

Resultantly, this contempt petition is dismissed. Notices are discharged.
