During the course of arguments, Mr. Sandeep Shah, learned AAG has submitted that the appellant-institutions are free to approach the State Government to demonstrate that they have already cured the deficiencies pointed out in the report of the Screening Committee (Annexure/8) to the writ petitions or that the deficiencies pointed out by the inspection committee are not at all there or the INC regulations, on the basis of which, the deficiencies have been pointed out are not at all applicable upon the appellant-institutions.
At this stage, Mr. Ankur Mathur, learned counsel for the appellant-institutions has submitted that the appellant-institutions (Downloaded on 12/11/2023 at 07:00:37 AM) [2023:RJ-JD:33040-DB] (3 of 3) [SAW-551/2023] are ready to represent before the State Government as observed by this Court, however, prayed that the respondent-State may be directed to take decision on the representations filed by the appellant-institutions within stipulated time.
In view of the above, the appellant-institutions are at liberty to move appropriate representations before the State Government in terms of the observations made in this order up to 10 th October, 2023.
If any such representations are made on behalf of the appellant-institutions, the State Government is directed to take appropriate decision on the said representations in accordance with law by 25th October, 2023.
With these observations, these Special Appeals are disposed of. Stay petitions are also disposed of.
