Civil Writ Petition No.796/2016 "Anil Bishnoi Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors." decided on 05.10.2017.
2. For the reasons mentioned in the judgment dated 05.10.2017 rendered in the case of Anil Bishnoi (supra), the present writ petition is also dismissed.
3. Stay application as well as other pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
