Referring to the aforesaid additional affidavit, learned counsel submits that the respondent has not only withdrawn the impugned notices issued to the petitioner seeking vacation of the subject premises as also the press release, has also tendered his unconditional apology for the unintentional contempt of the order dated 03.08.2022. He assures this Court that the respondent undertakes not to violate the order dated 03.08.2022 in future. He, therefore, prays for dismissal of the contempt petition.
