JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Judgment / Order 03/10/2023 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the application filed on behalf of the petitioner on 04.07.2013 for renewal of the arms license is pending before the District Collector and Magistrate, Alwar and prayed that the District Collector and Magistrate, Alwar be directed to decide the renewal application of the arms license expeditiously.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case and also considering the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Collector and Magistrate, Alwar to decide the application filed on behalf of the petitioner pm 04.07.2013 for renewal of arms license preferably within a period of two months after receiving certified copy of this order.
