Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to file fresh one on the same cause of action by giving details specifically liquor shops which are running in violation of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the revised guidelines, as issued by the National Highway Authority.
2. Present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
