JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Judgment / Order 03/10/2023 Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this civil miscellaneous application may be disposed of in terms of order dated 13.09.2023 passed by this Court in SB Civil Contempt Petition No.811/2021: Jai Prakash Sharma versus Shri Sandeep Verma, Chairman cum Managing Director, RSRTC and other connected matters.

Learned counsel for the non-applicants/contempt petitioners has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. (Downloaded on 11/11/2023 at 08:28:39 PM)

[2023:RJ-JP:26054] (2 of 2) [CMAP-102/2021] This Court has, vide order dated 13.09.2023, held as under:-

"Learned counsels for the petitioners submit that barring the interest component/allowances, they have been paid all of their dues.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioners shall be paid interest/allowances as per their priority in view of Circulars of the RSRTC dated 03.11.2021 & 17.05.2022.
Learned counsels for the petitioners have no objection if the payment of interest/allowances is made to them as per their priority in view of the aforesaid Circulars.
In view thereof, these contempt petitions as well as misc. applications are disposed of. However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to get the contempt petitions as well as misc. applications revived if the priority is breached by the respondents."

Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by the learned counsels for the respective parties, this civil miscellaneous application is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
