1. The application (No.01/2023) has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner seeking extention of the interim order dated 04.07.2014 and by confirming the order dated 06.07.2017 passed by a Coordinate Bench in view of the judgment passed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299.
2. For the reasons indicated in the aforesaid application (No.01/2023), the same is disposed of. The interim order dated 04.07.2014 granted by the Court is extended further for a period of six months or till final disposal of the writ petition, whichever is earlier. The interim order dated 06.07.2017 passed by a Coordinate Bench, is also confirmed.
3. The application (No.01/2023) is disposed of.
