Special Appeal No.837/2019).
Learned counsel for the appellant has placed on record the copy of the order passed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court dated 17.02.2022 passed in Civil Appeal No.1422/2022, whereby the Hon'ble Supreme Court has affirmed the decision dated 13.08.2019 passed in State of Rajasthan & Ors. vs. Satya Dev Bhaggur.
In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, we do not find any merit in this appeal and the same is hereby dismissed.
