Respondent has filed an application under Article 226 (3) of Constitution of India for vacation of ex-parte interim order dated 04.04.2019.
In view of the controversy involved in the writ petition, this Court is not inclined to vacate the ex-parte interim order after about four years. Hence, the application is dismissed.
List this matter after four weeks. Till then, interim order, if any, shall continue.
