Mr. Raghav, inviting attention of this Court towards the order dated 27.01.2023 passed by the District Education Officer, Secondary (Headquarter) Jaipur, would submit that compliance of the order dated 04.09.2012, contempt whereof is alleged, has been made and the contempt petition does not survive.
The aforesaid statement is not disputed by the petitioner No.2.
In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed. Notices are discharged.
