JUSTICE VINIT KUMAR MATHUR Order 04/01/2023 (Downloaded on 04/01/2023 at 08:52:05 PM) (2 of 2) [CW-12225/2017] Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that the controversy involved in this writ petitions is squarely covered by judgment dated 16.02.2018 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court at Jaipur Bench rendered in Shri Ashwini Kumar Yadav vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.22993/2017 and 16 other connected writ petitions, which was later on affirmed by the Division Bench of this Court at Jaipur Bench vide judgment dated 17.09.2019 rendered in The State of Rajasthan & Ors. vs. Serve Shree Om Shiv Neelkanth Associates, D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.975/2018 along with other connected matters. Moreover, the SLP preferred against the judgment of Division Bench has also been dismissed by Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Learned counsel for the respondents is not in a position to dispute the aforesaid facts.

In view of the above, this writ petitions are also disposed of in terms of the judgments dated 16.02.2018 and 17.09.2019 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench and Division Bench of this Court at Jaipur Bench in the above referred cases.

Stay petitions stand disposed of.
