JUSTICE REKHA BORANA Order 04/01/2023 In the present matter, after hearing the arguments, the judgment was reserved by this Court. During the dictation of the judgment, it was observed that in the writ petition, the cut off has been mentioned as 75 by the petitioner whereas in the reply, cut off has been mentioned as 84 by the respondents. Therefore, to clarify the said fact, the matter was ordered to be listed in the 'To Be Mentioned' category.
On 03.01.2023 i.e. yesterday, none was present on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter has been listed today. It has been clarified by learned counsel for the respondents that at (Downloaded on 04/01/2023 at 08:53:49 PM) (2 of 2) [CW-4718/2022] the initial stage wherein candidates numbering two times of the seats advertised were called, the cut off was 75 and after the final selection, the cut off remained to be 84.
In view of the clarification made, the judgment has been pronounced today. The writ petition is dismissed (see separate order).
