1. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in the present petition is squarely covered by order in Savita Manmiya v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : SBCWP No.2835/2020, decided on 16.02.2021. However, it is also pointed out that in DBSAW No.63/2022, on 04.02.2022, the said order has been stayed and the appeal is pending consideration before the Division Bench.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner was working on the post of Nursing Tutor / Nursing Tutor - cum - Clinical Instructor, have applied for issuance of experience certificate and grant of bonus marks. The experience certificate has not been issued to the petitioner, which is not justified.
3. A copy of the petition has been served on Mr. K.S.
Rajpurohit, AAG, who prays for time to complete his instructions in the matter.
4. List the petition on 09.01.2023.
5. In the meanwhile, the respondents are directed to issue the experience certificate in relation to the post, on which, the petitioner is performing her duties. However, the issuance of said certificate would not be taken as any endorsement by this Court regarding the eligibility of the petitioner to seek bonus marks, as the said aspect would be governed by the judgment of the Division Bench.
